Our           Photo Booth Features
Open Concept Booth
The open concept of the photo booth allows for multiple guests to enter the picture session. This is very different than the typical photo booth you see such as the ones at malls etc.

Wheel Chair Accessible
The POP photo booth is wheel chair accessible due to its open concept. Closed style photo booths do not have adequate space and therefore not all event guests may be able to use the booth.

Everyone gets a strip
Our photo booth is the only booth on the market that can print up to 10 photo strips per picture session. This allows for all guests to receive a copy and share the memories with everyone.

Custom Graphics
Show off your event theme by adding amazing, custom graphics to photo strips. There is absolutely no additional charge for this service.

Staff Support
With your photo booth rental we will supply a professional staff member to assist your guests with using the booth and collecting their strips.
Unlimited Usage
All photo booth rentals will have unlimited photo sessions during the rental period. This feature allows for guests to use it as often as they please throughout the evening.

Prop Kit
To make your guests photo’s really POP you will receive a prop kit along with rental. The kit is filled with hats, masks, sunglasses, boas and other fun stuff to keep everyone having a great time.

Photo Strip Scrapbooks
Add a photo booth scrapbook to your event to make a great keepsake. Markers, stickers and paper will be supplied for you so your guests can add messages, along with their photos.

Colour Settings
Photos can be taken in full colour, black and white or sepia. Your guests will have the ability to choose their setting before they take their photos.

Delivery
There is never a charge for delivery, set up and tear down of the booth. Other companies charge for this, making Ice Events #1 in photography.

Since our inception in July 2005, Ice Events has grown to become one of the industry’s leaders in event photography and photo booth services. With an original start of just one, we have grown to full service event provider with a team of over 15 professional photographers and nearly 30 support staff. With a large inventory of equipment we are able to service upwards of 12 events on any particular evening. Prom Photography

With our professional staff we capture that special moment that should not be forgotten. In conjunction with the best quality and fastest photo printers on the market we provide our clients with a finished picture unmatched by any normal printer. All pictures are PRINTED AT YOUR PROM so that guests leave with them that evening! This makes our program both easy for event coordinators as well as guests.
With prices starting from $3.99 per print, we offer the most affordable service to fit any budget. Our machines offer on site solutions in either 4x6 or 5x7 printing to suit your needs. BONUS
All bookings include a PASSWORD PROTECTED WEBPAGE, at NO COST, so guests can view/download their images after the event. Additionally you will have your choice from over 30 BACKDROPS to choose from, available in both Neutral Color Designs as well as Themes (based on availability). We design all our backgrounds in house and you will not see them anywhere else.
Grad Photography

Frequently Asked Questions
When do guests receive their photos?
All photos are printed at your event so that guests leave with them that evening. This is the most efficient way to distribute pictures; it reduces the need to track down guests once an event is complete.
Is there any way we can view or download our pictures after our event?
We supply a web page that is password protected with all the pictures from your event. Web page’s are uploaded within 48 hours of your event. We password protect all of these pages so that only guests from your event can access the web page.
How early should we book our photographer?
We suggest that you book your photographer as soon as you know your event date. On some occasions we have sold out our availability. Clients will book a year or two in advance in order to guarantee our services. This is generally the case during the busy christmas, wedding and prom seasons.
We have a theme at our event, do you have any backdrops, and when do we need to put it aside?
We offer over 30 different backdrop choices in both neutral and theme designs. We have a backdrop to suit every theme. We suggest that you put it aside as soon as you know what you want, we have a limited supply for each theme and they are available on a first come first serve basis.
Do people usually book both formal photography and photo booths for their events?
Many of our clients book both types of photography as it adds a huge fun element for their event. We view our photo booths as a great party add on where guests can have some fun and let loose. Additionally when you book both services together we offer a discount on the photo booth.
What is the recommended amount of time you suggest having the photo booth at an event for?
We recommend that you have the photo booth at your event for 4 hours. Most events have speeches, awards etc which will limit the photo booth use slightly. The 4 hour unlimited rental is ample time for you guests to use the booth many times.
Since your photo booth is open style how do we get strips for everyone in the pictures?
Our photo booth is the only booth on the market that can print up to 10 strips for each session. By having this ability you can ensure all your guests receive a photo strip each time they use the booth. Your guests will be taking home lots of strips as they will use the booth often throughout the night.
How much time before our event starts do you need to set up?
Our staff will arrive approximately 1 hour before your event starts. It generally takes no more than 30 minutes to set up our equipment. This will give them ample time to ensure they are set up and ready to go for when your event starts.
Can you do custom graphics for your photo strips and pictures?
We do offer packages that have custom graphics for your photos and photo strips. Contact our customer service to see all the different options available.
Can your photo booth do more than just colour photos?
Our photo booth can take and print pictures in colour, black and white or sepia. Guests have the ability to choose which colour option they prefer when they start their session using the photo booth. The booth is touch screen so all they have to do is simply choose which option they prefer.
